📃 ECA Large Contractors Forum

Jon, Hannah and Rosie had the pleasure of attending the ECA – Excellence in Electrotechnical and Engineering Services Large Contractors Forum – Greater London Skills Workshop – a fantastic session focused on the future of our industry and how we can better attract, engage, and retain talent.

The session centred around workforce development, covering everything from addressing regional skills shortages and improving apprentice engagement to creating more inclusive and sustainable career pathways in the electrical and building services sectors.
