Alpine Works offer planned, preventative, reactive maintenance and compliance services through our facilities management team to support both an electrical and mechanical infrastructure.

Due to the flexibility of the Alpine teams we are able to work with our clients on all types of instructions, this will include general improvement projects such as upgrades in lighting (main and emergency), small power, air conditioning, heating, fire prevention systems and plumbing alterations. This has also seen Alpine Works involved in the completion of building fabric projects, as this is seen as an efficient way of delivering a project through a single sourced approved contractor. Our services also include a maintenance service that covers both PPM’s and reactive with our site-specific engineers and mobile teams.

We are a specialist in emergency lighting systems and are BAFE and BSI kitemark accredited. Our operatives are trained on manufacturers software for most self-test/monitoring emergency lighting systems and can offer our customers risk assessments and compliance surveys on their emergency lighting systems to ensure that a safe environment exists in their buildings
