Alpine Works were engaged by University College London as the main contractor to complete assist with the full refurbishment of the Student Union Gordon Street Cafe; a much-loved spot for students and staff alike.

Delivered by Alpine Works, the 4-week programme involved:
– New flooring throughout
– Relocation of existing shutters
– Full fit-out of mechanical and electrical services – including a new lighting scheme
– Structural alterations to support specialist café equipment
– Full internal decoration

Working closely with UCL SU and the shop fitting team, we ensured the space was ready in time for reopening – with minimal disruption and maximum impact.
