Summary of works:

This project comprised the supply, installation and commissioning of mechanical and electrical services of a new build two storey construction

The scope of the works included, the disconnection and removal of the mechanical and electrical services within the existing part of the premises, the supply and installation of a new general lighting and power installation, alterations and additions to the existing fire detection system, alterations and additions to the existing intruder alarm system, supply and installation of the electrical element to the mechanical services installation, alterations and additions to the existing data cabling installation, works associated required by the Supply Authority and metering supplier and related low voltage distribution system in relation to the new incoming electricity service,  the installation of new heating, gas, hot and cold water services, natural and mechanical ventilation, Installation of a new low pressure hot water heating system, complete with a wall mounted gas fired, condensing sealed system boiler, an un-vented hot water cylinder, controls, radiators, underfloor heating, hot, cold, heating and gas services pipework, natural and mechanical ventilation, within the extension block, to form a co-ordinating combined mechanical and electrical installations.
