Summary of works:

This five-phase refurbishment programme at UCL’s Ifor Evans Max Rayne student accommodation block covered a total of 250 rooms, 25 kitchens, 25 bathroom/toilet blocks and associated corridors and staircases over five floors. The work was undertaken within very tight timescales over five successive summer vacation periods. The works included lighting and emergency lighting, small power installation, lighting presence detection, data & voice and fire alarm systems to provide a complete electrical installation throughout the whole building.
